The Orange County Sports Alliance dba OC Blades was established as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in 2020. The organization is recognized by the state of California as an active program benefitting our community’s youth.

Our Home

The Rinks - Irvine Inline has been the home of the Tour OC Blades since 2020. The three-rink facility is widely considered one of the top inline hockey facilities in the world and has been the home to multiple Inline Hockey National Championship Tournaments including:

  • NCRHA National Collegiate Roller Hockey Championships

  • NARCh Finals Tournaments

  • NARCh Winternationals Tournaments

Our Mission

The Orange County Sports Alliance's primary mission is to promote youth development through diverse programs that compete in regional and national tournaments, with a particular focus on enhancing the personal and athletic growth of inline hockey athletes through the Tour OC Blades program. This involves comprehensive training sessions on and off the rink, and active participation in various tournaments throughout the year.

Beyond our core mission, we are equally dedicated to supporting the individual journeys of each athlete within the Tour OC Blades program. We recognize their unique talents, ambitons, and challenges, offering personalized coaching, tailored training, and access to resources to help them excel both in sports and in life. Our ultimate goal is to nurture well-rounded individuals equipped with essential life skills, resilience, and a strong sense of sportsmanship.

FAQs

  • Open tryouts are held yearly during the month of September for the upcoming season. Tryouts are the only guaranteed opportunity for potential players to join our teams. Afterwards, limited spots may be available and potential players must reach out to a Blades coach to determine open spots and availability.

  • Monthly Dues: $180

    All players are required to pay the first monthly fee at Signing Day.

    $110 for dual roster/$130 sibling discount (Discount applies only towards second

    team/child)

    Automatically charged to credit card on file on the 15th of every month

    Goalies are not required to pay the monthly dues or tournament fees unless noted.

    AAU Yearly Membership: $20 plus RHA Yearly Membership: $35 = $55 Total

    OC Blades will collect funds on Signing Day and register your athlete with AAU

    and RHA for the 2024-2025 season.

    ● Uniform package options available and swag:

    - Home and away jerseys and team pants: $250

    - Home and away jerseys, team pants, and team shorts or PJ pants: $300

    - Home and away jerseys, team pants, team shorts, and TOUR OC Blades gloves:

    $400 (13”-15” gloves only)

    - Home and away jerseys, team pants, team shorts, TOUR OC Blades gloves, and

    team gear bag: $475

    - All packages include one club t-shirt for the player and helmet stickers

    - Matching Helmets are not required, Black or White recommended.

    - Additional team-branded items will be available for purchase but are NOT

    required (sweatshirts, shirts, hats, PJ pants, etc.)

    - Availability and pricing of package options subject to change.

  • The Tour OC blades compete in local and national tournaments hosted by AAU, Narch, TOHRS, and StateWars. Our current list of tournaments can be found on the schedule page. The primary bulk of our schedule is played at The Rinks - Corona Inline and The Rinks - Irvine. Players are not required to but are highly encouraged to travel to select tournaments including:

    San Jose, California

    Bend, Oregon

    IHAAZ Tournaments in Arizona

    TOHRS Finals

    StateWars

  • Due to scheduling conflicts, players that are currently playing in club ice hockey programs are potentially eligible to not pay monthly dues for November through January.

    - Players would pay for tournament fees and a $45 coaching fee per tournament played.

    - Players can attend practice during the month for a $25 drop-in fee per practice.

    - This program is not available for school hockey teams.
